We match the route and experience to your riding level, interests and available time, and provide all the essential information you need before setting off.

Meet us at the starting point or arrive at your chosen accommodation. If needed, we can help arrange bike or e-MTB rental, transfers and other practical details.

Professional basic service and seasonal maintenance for e-bikes. From an individual bike setup to complete seasonal preparation, we take care of the essentials that keep your bike safe, smooth and ready to ride.
Seasonal services
Tyres & tubeless
Tyre replacement, tubeless setup, sealant replacement, and basic tyre and wheel inspection.
Gears & drivetrain
Inspection, adjustment and servicing of the shifting system and drivetrain, including derailleur, cables, chain, cassette, chainring and other wear components.
Brakes
Inspection, adjustment and servicing of the braking system, including pads, discs and bleeding the hydraulic system.
Suspension
Basic inspection and setup of fork and rear suspension, including settings, seals and overall operation.
Winter service
Complete preparation for the new riding season: everything in the seasonal services, plus a full bike inspection, replacement of worn components where needed, cleaning, lubrication, preservation, and a final safety and function check.

Bike selection & personal setup
Guidance in choosing the right e-bike, followed by professional setup and adjustment to your riding position, needs and preferences.
E-bike system check
Diagnostic check of motor, battery and electronics, including firmware updates and identification of potential faults or required maintenance.

Selection and professional installation of quality components to improve performance, reliability, comfort or functionality, or to replace worn and damaged parts.
